These terms govern the use of htmlshare, a free service for publishing and sharing HTML files generated by users or automation tools.

1. Free service

htmlshare is currently provided as a free service. Free access does not imply permanent availability, guaranteed support, indefinite content retention, or service continuity.

2. User-published content

Each user, organization, automated agent, or third party that publishes content through htmlshare is solely responsible for the material they upload, share, or distribute.

htmlshare does not create, pre-review, or generally validate user-published content. We are not responsible for errors, omissions, claims, data, links, scripts, files, opinions, legal infringements, or damages arising from third-party content.

3. Permitted use

You may not use htmlshare to publish, host, or distribute content that:

Violates laws, intellectual property rights, privacy, data protection, trade secrets, or third-party rights.
Includes phishing, malware, impersonation, fraud, spam, harassment, threats, or instructions for unlawful activities.
Requests credentials, sensitive data, or payments in a deceptive or unauthorized way.
Interferes with the security, availability, or integrity of the service.

4. Abuse or legal notices

Published pages include a button to report abuse, illegal content, or a possible violation of any law or of these terms.

After receiving a notice, we may analyze the case, block access to content, apply strikes, limit accounts, block emails or IP addresses, preserve technical evidence, and take other reasonable measures to protect the service and third parties.

5. Privacy and cookies

We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. We may use strictly necessary technical cookies to support authenticated sessions, magic links, or protected content access.
